1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order on Twinkly Jewels by Mohanlal & Sons, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you disagree, please do not use this site or place an order.
2. Product Descriptions & Pricing
We make every effort to display product details, karat purity, and weight accurately. Minor variations in weight, finish, or gemstone appearance may occur due to the handcrafted/made-to-order nature of jewelry and do not constitute a defect. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order is placed, and to cancel affected orders at our discretion with refund of amount paid only.
3. Made-to-Order Gold Jewelry
Gold items are produced specifically for each order. By placing a gold order, you acknowledge and accept the production lead time (3–10 business days) and that the order becomes final sale once production begins, as detailed in our Refund Policy.
4. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues, with liability limited to refund of the amount paid.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twinkly Jewels by Mohanlal & Sons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — images, designs, descriptions, and branding — is the property of Twinkly Jewels by Mohanlal & Sons and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our place of business.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
