Shipping Policy

Processing Times
Silver: 1–3 business days (subject to stock availability, not guaranteed until order confirmation). Gold: made to order, 3–10 business days depending on design and karat. Estimates only, not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges
Non-refundable under any circumstances, including returns, cancellations, or failed delivery due to wrong address, customer unavailability, or refusal.

Delivery Timelines
Courier estimates only — we're not liable for delays from couriers, customs, weather, strikes, or other events outside our control.

Risk of Loss
Risk and title pass to the customer once we hand off to the carrier. We're not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged-in-transit items; such claims go to the courier, though we may assist at our discretion.

Incorrect Addresses
We're not responsible for orders shipped to a customer-supplied incorrect address. Reshipment costs are charged to the customer.

Order Changes/Cancellations
Cannot be changed or cancelled once production or dispatch has begun, at our sole discretion.
